This is probably confusing but I will do my best to explain what is going on.
A few months ago, we merged with a larger, more active Muffin forum. It was a 10-second decision since the then-rebuilt GO is new and Muffin is looking for a new home. Fast forward to today, unfortunately it is clear that the current merged forum is so diverse with the majority of the active members very much interested in a wide range of topics. Yes, I problems did arise but more importantly, this runs against my goal of creating a more otaku-centric community. So as of today, the merge will be dissolved and Muffin will be moving to it’s very own home, Nankurunaisa.net. This website, GenerationOtaku.Net (GO) will solely focus on anime, manga, Japan and other otaku interests.
Now here is the confusing part: where do members go? The answer is, it is all up to you folks. The forum here will be redone to cater to anime, manga and ecchi interests. On the other hand, if you are a big fan of role plays, assassin games and other non-otaku discussions, you may want to check nankurunaisa.net. Also, if you registered before 1/21/2012, you should be able to login to the other site as well. Otherwise, you may need to reregister there or contact the new head honcho sf_rizamy (Kaze Araki).
What will happen to GO now? Since I am rebuilding the forum with only anime and manga topics, I expect activity to be lower compared to the current activity. I will try to increase the number of otaku news, staff members will be reshuffled and/or removed…basically I am taking GO back to its roots. GO will go offline tomorrow while I make the necessary changes.
To those who are moving I wish you all the best and for those who like what they see here, you are certainly most welcome to stay

Well, now this is awkward. I kinda feel bad for anyone (if any) from Muffin but choose to stay instead of moving on. Good lucks to the new site, Muffiners, the time together is short but i won’t forget how lively GO was in these short times

Well fudge, i gues its time for me to quit foruming altogether…aint like dont know how to get anime and manga. But this constant moving forum to forum to stay in touch with friends and aquaintances with like mindedness…i’ve had enuff disappointment.

let them just be if they wanna go every living beeing has the right to take its own decisions in the end ya know? doesnt quite matter to me though ill stay around even though im more lurking than activelly contribuiting with something at the sites activity ill try to be a little bit more active during the weekends as long as my spare time will afford this dun worry things will just work as they usually go and i wasnt interrested in assasin games any way keep on the good job

Sometimes.. when people say muffins.. it feels like an insult >.>” like a desease or something >.>” while most of them are my friends and I’m one too and its’ not an insult but simply a part of the name of the original website we came from…. anywaays.. I’m staying here ._. (got time enough by now to figure that out XD) just hope people won’t see me as a muffin, but just as one of the other random internet people? coz really I am .__.
