Everything Code Geass

We all love Code Geass — either we love it, or love to hate it. Since it is very popular, it won’t hurt to have not one, but three spin-offs right?

Let’s start with a Code Geass musical. Sunrise announced that the anime inspired a stage musical that will be called Code Geass – Hangyaku no Lelouch -Majin ni Sasageru Prelude (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion -A Prelude Dedicated to the Sorceror-). It will be played at Tokyo’s Tennōzu Ginga Gekijō theater from June 28 to July 8.

The second spin-off is an OVA connected with the main Code Geass story. Code Geass Hangyaku no Lelouch: Nunnally in Wonderland is a film adaptation (OAV) of the original anime series. No information on the plot yet.

Finally, we have Code Geass: Bōkoku no Akito, another OAV that will out in Japan this summer. The story takes place on the same time period of Lelouch. No info on the plot yet but initial reports say that there maybe an interaction between the original Code Geass and Code Geass: Bōkoku no Akito.

    wow, this thing is still alive! I know it’s great but to think it still spawns three spin off?! o.o

    and I demand a Spinzaku vid! XD
