I haven’t played Lineage II, so I’m not sure if Gatekeeper is a playable role or an NPC faction. There were also more “elfishly” looking Gatekeeper cosplays. But what got me to love this cosplay, was how I had a nostalgic feeling she’d make a perfect Edea from Final Fantasy VIII. Yeah, no one before has managed to properly cosplay as Edea *cries* Her expressions are just so similar to my imagination of Edea, not to mention a similar costume design.
Kudos to Erika Doors for the great cosplay.

ah, how nostalgia ! That’s gatekeeper cosplay is one of few i find little chubby is no problem since the feeling and the costume are so great.
To your curios,D, she isn’t, a gatekeeper, as her name suggest, manage portal function at each village, and since the map in L2 is absolutely huge, she’s rather popular (only for Dark Elf players anyway). In a way, those gatekeeper are a huddle for new players as well. Any player want to get out of their village to more center town will have to gather enough money for the fee or face running for few hours by themselves (for human players, that is swim through a damn sea or board an boat).
Hm, international L2 just changed to F2P, maybe i should re-play this ? Kinda miss Antharas

Yeah. Sadly, no Edea cosplayer managed such a feat, and they all seem out of character.
